I would like to call out Xolelani April, who is a Customer Service Consultant with Woolworths Online Shopping. I had a query about the delivery of an order this weekend. Xolelani was very professional and promised to follow up personally about the order. I received a prompt email from him about the delivery of the order. It turns out everything was delivered in time, but that the Woolworths website didn't update the status correctly. Thank you for this and I found his approach and feedback very professional and helpful.
