I would like to commend the great service I received at Woolies Greenstone mall from Sipho Mpande, he listened very well to my query and he went out of his way to assist me, I left my original slip at the store the previous week so I wanted to return some items, Sipho was willing to go an extra mile to track the slip from the system even though it was time consuming he found it and was able to complete my query successfully and I was very happy with his effort because not everyday you get people who are so committed to helping people that way.
