Very dissapointed with Woolworths

Dissapointed Im so furious with Woolworths Bayside, I bought a bag in bayside. I had to return the bag because the zip was broken and i took the same bad and the same thing happened twice. I drcided to return the bag i was told that the 6months quality to return it its overdue and they cant refund me. I left the bag in the shop since they dont want to refund me uts useless to keep something that I will not use.

The manager took my details to say they will get back to me as she did yesterday to my surprise they are not willing to refund me. I told them to keep the bag i will pay my account and closed it. I dont want anything to do with them .
