Very dissapointed at Woolworth

On 24-05-2015 the passed Sunday I left Pretoria to east gate for shopping just for a change of location, I was alone and went into Woolworth store to buy food,shoes,trousers and shirts. I've spend R5000 in the Woolworth alone, I started with food and proceed to clothing. At the clothing section I started by picking shoes, a purse trousers and shirts. I went straight to fitting room after and I was wearing a sweater, then i took it off and put it in my trolly while fitting. after fitting I went to the cashier to pay and forgotten the purse that was under my sweater in the trolly, Then I left and at the door the scanner detected the purse that I forgot to pay then the security called the manager by the name of Jappie .The security explain to him what she found and without asking me why i didn't pay,he just shouted at me and when i asked why i was told its cause I'm a *****. So spending R5000 in your store and forgetting just to pay one item worth R299 makes me a *****? I never thought or imagined someone calling myself with such a name. I then realized maybe it was very bad Idea for me to come and shop at Woolworth eastgate mall because managers think ordinary customers are *****.
