Very disrespected and undermined

I bought underwears from woolworths for my 2 year old, when i got home they already bought the same underwears. I did not open or make him try them on. I decided to go back to the shop and return them today since i only get a chance on sundays.

I got there, spoke to Lerato who was at the tills, she called her supervisor or manager for authorisation. A lady by the name Palesa Motaung came and said they don't take underwears i said by they are still intact, we've never tried them on and went on to explain myself to her why i am bringing them back. She looked straight in my eyes with direspect that "no we don't for hygiene purposes because they are from your house maybe you opened them, touched and put them somewhere, and they were even bought on the 24th august". SUCH DISRESPECT!The package is still intact no signs that it was opened before, I said but we buy them while they are not even covered in plastic when everyone comes in, touch, and leave so now you want to tell me my house has gems, bacterias etc etc but Woolworths doesn't when millions and millions of people touch them and leave. Can Woolworths explain this to me, can they make it make sense to me that we should buy underwears from them that are not even covered in pastic, that millions and millions touched but because they are from our houses, they have gems they can't take them back. I feel very disrespected and undermined. She must learn ways to speak to customers. Where is this box opened? See attached picture. She's got no manners she must leave her peroblems by the door and have respect for each customer that comes in and learn to deal with customers in a proffessional way. Very unproffessional, she did not even have a name tag on, was very hesitant to give me her surname i am not even sure if she gave me the right name and surname.
