very disgusting service received

<p>On the 9th of July 2016,went to Woolworths jabulani @ 14:23pm to buy takkies for my son, size 12,price R79.95,when I got home the takkies were big, following day I asked my son to get shoes exchanged..... To my surprise the price is now up.so as a customer what do I do in this situation, because this is an incovinience for me as a customer...... The lady from management(Busi) promised me that they will call me,I asked when ,I waited for more than 15minutes to get a reply from them,how can an exchange of same shoes requires an additional balance ofR20</p>
