Very disappointing

<p>My friend bought me a pair of shoes from Woolwort. I fitted this size 5 shoe it fitted tiet and I decided to make sure that I am comfortable in this shoe by walking around the house to make sure it's not gonna give me problems, but I saw that it doesn't fit me, then when I went to Woolworth in Aderly street Capetown the manager Vuyo Mboza refused to exchange the shoe size telling me I must wash the sole of the shoe so that it can look the same as new. The shoe is still in same condition because I never wore the shoe. </p>
