Very disappointing

I had recently app**** for a credit card following they link and I was provisionally approved I had given all my information even access to my bank records I was told it will be going for verification and it will take 3 to 7 working days it's close to 3 weeks and no answer or sms no corresponce at all I had phoned n received no joy what ever the decision is I would to know and not be kept in the dark.
