Very disappointed with Woolworths Store Card lack of communication

About two weeks ago, I used the service for filling in a query with Woolworths store card division, asking them how much I owe, how much the next instalment must be and when I need to pay that next instalment. I get no response. About a week later a person phones me from Woolworths only to sell me something. I ask her if she can tell me how much I owe and by when I need to pay. She assured me that I only need to pay the next amount at the end of Ferbuary 2017. Now, over the last two days, I have received an sms saying that this small amount is overdue (yesterday) and today's sms says it is now double the original amount.

Today I phoned them. They refused to call me back so the twenty minute call to the Cape Town number used up all my airtime. Most of this call was spent waiting for someone to help me. I asked the first lady if, since I was **** to the other day and no one conctacted me about my query, if they could simply make this small payment due by the end of the month. She refused to do so. She said she'd put me through to a credit management. When the call eventually was put through, the lady on the other end said she's not a manager and I was once again put on hold. Then, my airtime ran out.

So, after trying to use their query service, speaking to one of their own sales consultants (who assured me I was not overdue) and spending a long time on their call line using up all my airtime, I have no choice but to contact HelloPeter.

The service of Woolworths, which is supposed to be such a respected brand, is terrible. I will now make steps to pay off the small amount I still owe, since I paid the vast majority off in December, close my account and never do business with Woolworths again.

Does anyone at Woolworths care that they ignored my online query and **** to me over the phone that my payment was not yet due?
