Very disappointed with the service from Woolworths

Very disgusted with their online service. You order something online, pay and later on get told that there is no stock and then you beg them for weeks to release the funds back into your account. Customer service very poor and not helpful at all. I will never shop at Woolworths ever again and will make sure my family and friends follow suit as well
