Very disappointed with the service

We got to westgate Woolworths at 8:30 in the morning and we had to wait till 9 o’clock but they displayed the trading hours as 8h00-20h00.to our surprise when we got to the tills after we waited at the door we had to wait for cashiers too for about 15 min
