Very disappointed in Woolies delivery

Never have I received such terrible service from Woolies. I ordered flowers to be delivered at my daughters school. Choose a time so I can be sure she receives it before the school closes. When I phoned to ask the operator said she will phone the store and find out. I also send a mail on the email address asking what is happening NO ANSWER BACK. After 2 hours no answer about were my order is! I phoned back just to find out that the flowers was returned to the store but no one even contacted me!!! Why did I pay R60 delivery if you don’t deliver!!! I will never use Woolies again to deliver flowers. At least Netflorist deliver on time!!! We py for service!!!! Im done
