Very disappointed in V&A Woolworths Cafe

My friend & I had lunch at the V&A Woolworths Cafe on Thurs 22 Aug. The service was awful. After a long wait we had to ask for someone to take our order, same with the water & chilli requested when we placed the order and again for our bill. Even worse though were the "tuna fishcakes" which had almost no tuna among the chunks of potato which filled the potato casing of the cakes. They should be listed as potato cakes. They didn't taste of fish at all. I didn't complain then so as not to embarrass my friend.
