Very disappointed

I wanted to exchange walkmates sandals i bought for my baby boy at Westgate mall. I was told by the cashier that there is nothing she can do because they no longer have them on stock .I'm disappointed, m stucked with pair of sandal that I can't use ...can't throw R300 away , if it was 50.
