Very disappointed

I purchased 2Liters of box milk online in October, I have noticed the 2nd box of milk about 3 cartons have a thick creamy like substance at the bottom of the box this is noticeable when nearing the end , I decide to open another carton and pour the contents in a hug and the same was discovered, I sent a email to woolworths and still awaiting feedback almost a week.
