Very disappointed

Just bought roses at the branch in Parow. Got home and half of the roses fell of the stems and some are dangling by a thread. Very disappointed. I love buying my flowers at this branch because it lasts much longer then when I buy at other shops but this is the first time I bought a bunch like these.
