Very Bad Service Woolworths Prominade mall Capetown

Woolworths Prominade mall, Capetown I'm so disappointed of the way l was spoken to by the manager. I bought this jacket yesterday and my son wore the jacket today and when he was taking it off it was torn and the manager Sharon Peterson refused me to return it Can someone please assist me because l paid R449 for that jacket for my son to wear it once😭
