Very bad service from you customer agent (Call centre)

Very disappointed with the service that I always get, when I was told incorrect information I had to drive to Promenade Woolworths and the Agent that Assisted me told me incorrect information for my Credit Card I Spoke to Nikiwe for that incorrect information I requested a call back from Xoliswa and she never called I’m so disappointed with you Agents very disappointed worse part I’m using a petrol to do this up and down
