Very bad service from woolworths

<p>I was at kerk woolworths to do a refund my babby daddy bought my daughter two hoodies which are the same he gave a receipt saying I will refund the the other he used a bank card when purchasing and I went to exchange and tshepiso refused to refund me she insisted that I must I should on giving a gift card which I did not want</p> <p>I thought an eft is equivalent to cash</p> <p>But surprisingly I have done many refunds at kerk having the where a bank card was used they have always given me cash</p>
