Very bad online application experience.

Very bad online application experience. I app**** online and filled everything right, was told application successful. I have a clean credit record of 848 points with transunion. Asking why is it rejecting my application, the call centre personnel told me "its the system". I dont mind if they dont want me as their customer, but i want to know reasons i dont qualify
