Very bad employee manners and client service

I drove a long way to Bloemfontein from Colesberg yesterday 11 Aug 2020 to do shopping. Just to experience the worst feeling ever at Woolworth, Loch Logan in Bloemfontein.

I went to a lot of deverent stores to fitt on deverent boots and no other store had a problem with me trying on the shoes. INFACT they were eager to help me.

Around 1pm yesterday I went to Woolworth to do the same. As I was trying on a pare of boots an Woolworth's employee came to me. In a very loud and rude manner she shouted at me in front of other customers. Asking what I was doing and if I am planning on buying the shoes. Like I was a ******** wanting to steel the shoes.

I my confusion and embarrassment I asked her what I did wrong. Then only she showed me the small poster around the corner that said "no fitting on shoes".

I think this was very poor client service. That Woolworth's employee could have politely told me that fitting on shoes are not allowed instead of shouting at me in front of a lot of customers like I was a ********. It deeply embarrassed and hurt me.

Loch Logan Woolworth Bloemfontein, you have definitely lost a lot of customers that day due to VERY bad client service!
