VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY DISSAPOINTING

Very Bad Customer Service, Very Disappointing. I placed an order for a birthday gift, it was supposed to be deliverd on Saturday. It's now Wednesday, still haven't been delivered yet, I am calling in, please note: I have to call in. Every person in the Call Centre says they will call me back, no one has, since Saturday. I am at my wits end. I don't only call once a day, I call 2 or 3 times. I am in Kempton and the recipient in Hout Bay. I ordered from Woollies because I thought they are reputable. Very disappointing indeed. Very stuck,
