Purchased underwear at woolworths woodlands, Pretoria East. Realised after purchase that I had the wrong size. Their policy states that underwear could be returned if not worn or opened. Unfortunately the staff at woodlands interpret this policy as "underwear can't be returned" and I must just keep wrong size underwear. I'VE HAD ENOUGH ALREADY AND NEVER ACTUALLY BUYING ANYTHING AGAIN FROM WOOLWORTHS
