Very angry and disappointed

Hi there this is a complain that I have with Woolworths .I had an account that was handed over but I paid it off for which I received a voucher but I can't use because they saying I need my store card ..I don't have the store card anymore and they are refusing to assist me ..when I call customer service I get a different story and I've been going to the store back and forth.the service I get in the store is poor ..to this they can still put the voucher in a gift card but nothing is happening.i call customer service everyday with no help.
