Vegetarian Options

I find it quite disappointing that despite being a valuable & loyal client to Woolworths for quite a very long time, they still choose to make changes without even consulting their clientele. I am a regular customer at the restaurant at the Woodlands branch. My husband & I visited the restaurant for lunch between every 3rd day to every once a week. I further am a VEGETARIAN. The 1 option which Woolworths had on their menu which had catered for vegetarians was their Basil and Pan Fried Mushrooms. This has since, the 21st Oct, been taken OFF their new menu. The only other option is a tomato and cheese sandwich. This option is common and can be purchased from anywhere. I fail to see how Woolworths claims to support MEAT FREE MONDAYS when their menu clearly does not speak to everyday Vegetarians. Quite hypocritical if you ask me! Glad to know that your staff at the Woodlands branch would rather turn away Vegetarians despite our regular attendance. So my question is, is this a blatant disregard for vegetarians, customers or BOTH? I laid a complaint to Woolworths on the 22 Oct, & am still awaiting for a response till today. I have received 3 responses of escalation & nothing further!!
