VAT change pathetic

I recently bought a pair of shoes and socks from Woolworths. Where you have labelled the price of the goods on the store item. Once I got to the till I then had to pay an additional fee as you have not updated your labels to the correct price due to the VAT change. I am a good Woolworths customer and value the service provided yet this is very weak on your behalf. No other retailer has handled the VAT change so badly and it puts your store staff in a difficult position.
