Value for money

My mother purchased a beautiful leather jacket a year or so ago, only to find find that it is a reject, i wore that jacket less than ten times, the leather started having bubbles and tore like some cheap rag,i went to complain at woolies on the 2 Sep i am so angry, the staff treated me like ****, told me that the code on the does not appear on the system, and the jacket is a W brand, do the consultants know all the items sold in the shop???, because they told that there's nothing they can do for me, i asked to call the head office and they told me to use my cellphone as i cant call using their phone, my mom is now deceased and i treasured that jacket, i am so heartbroken with is ordeal, i was told to take they jacket as they cant do anything for me, is there valuse for money, i was treated badly infront of the staff as if i bought the jacket at a R5 shop, please assist, i left the jacket at the store as i was very angry and if nothing is done i will take the matter to te papers, that jacket is expensive and was a gift from my late mother, all the memories are gone thanks to the awefull service at Woolworths wonderpark, they treaded me like a **** and as if i was waisting their tim
