Validity of expiry dates on products
I recently visited Woolies Southgatevand purchased 2 fabric softener refill. 2 x Aloe fragrance. To my dismay, I have established that the fabric softner has no smell and leaves the fabric of clothing hard.
I have verified the Expiry date on both items are 30 Novem 2019, but am challenged to believe this as I had to do my washing 3 times and have given up hope in the fabric softener and have resorted to going back to the shops again and purchase the normal Stay soft.
Please review the product for quality or alternative look at improving the concentration as your products are not cheap, we buy them as we believe in investing in value for money.
