V&A store and SHINE the ARROGANT SUPERVISOR

I'am very disgusted and dissapointed about Woolworths at V&A i got a very dirty attitude by Shine who claimed that she was the supervisor there, i went to exchange their items and wanted to take other items and didn't have a slip as the items were a gift and i know that Woolworth's policy says feel free to exchange our items without a slip "Shine the arrogant supervisor" claimed that their policy has changed only at the V&A store they can't exchange items without till slips i must go ask the person for till slips...the rudeness i got from her was beyond, the cashier Nina Jacobs was there as well i am a very loyal customer at Woolworths but if they keep on hiring people with dirty attitude like her then its goodbye. Can someone at Woolworths enlighten me how to go about this?
