Utterly rude Woolworths delivery driver

For years my wife and I have been using Woolworths as our goto shop due to its quality and friendly disposition of their staff until today. We placed a delivery order and once it arrived the driver was extremely rude to me. Woolworths, none of the other retailers delivery personnel have ever treated me in this manner. You really need to up your recruitment process to employ people who work with pleasure and is deserving of their jobs.
