Utterly disgusting service

Good day<br> <br> I went this morning to Woolworths, Kollonade, Pretoria to pay my account and to purchase items and then they requested from me my identity document. <br> <br> My wallet was ****** about three months ago and I received my card from Gezina, Pretoria store and gave my identity document to make a copy of it. Nobody informed me that I need to provide my identity document when I want to purchase goods.<br> <br> When I make payments with my card they accept my card,<br> This morning I made a payment first and they accepted my card and then decided to purchase goods but when I purchase they need my identity document. <br> <br> I will not accept this and need an explanation and apology for this is not how U treat your loyal customers, I came all the way from Brits NW to buy pajamas for my daughter and this is the service I recieve, I was so upset and left all the new purchases there. The guy at customer service said theyre HO will phone me back to sort this matter out and till now still nothing. I want everybody who read this help me to boycott Woolworths because they dont know what the meaning of customer satisfaction is..<br>
