Good day, Re: Disgraceful Service

I have visited Woolworths Customer Service Parow Centre yesterday to exchange a gift I have received for Mothers Day The 2 ladies I spoke to were very unfriendly and rude. I have never felt so humiliated. The 1 lady rolled her eyes while I was still speaking. After sending me up and down I ended up back at Customer Service and spoke to another lady, who's attitude was even WORSE. She said: " I cant help you" and called next while I was still standing at the counter I have spoken to 7 people in that store yesterday. None of them greeted only after I've greeted them. They have no people skills. The manner these ladies spoke to be is unacceptable. The lady security was the only friendly human being in that store.
