Utterly disappointed

<p>For the 1st time I've decided to use the online shopping of Woolworths, and did I regret it. What was supposed to be a memorable experience for my brand of perfection, turned into something I would want to forget as soon as possible. Mother's day gift arrived a day after mother's day, call centre makes false promises and communication is terribly poor. I would never suggest anyone to use online shopping</p>
