Usual ****** attitude from Woolworths management in Fourways Maill

Wife and I bought 2 packs of underwear for family friend's 9-year-old daughter at Woolworths in Fourways Mall. When we got home we got a WhatsApp from the friend to say we got the wrong size. My wife - who is black and foreign - returned to the store the next morning and was told she could only return the one pack because the other had been tampered with. It was intimated strongly that my wife was lying and that the tampered with pack contained used underwear for a 9-year-old girl. Now I can guarantee that neither I nor my wife can fit in a 9-year-olds underwear so I can only assume that Woolworths sells packs of underwear that have been opened and used.

The attitude of the staff and management is absolutely disgusting and once again being a black, foreign female, means you automatically lie in the world of Woolworths.
