Useless Woolworths strikes again

My order was due between 7 and 9. Please read that again. DUE BETWEEN 7 AND 9. I received it at 9:45. When I asked the driver why he told me that the Woolworths Parkview branch only released the drivers at 8. Please refer back to the statement in caps.

HOW ARE YOU GOING TO DELIVER AN ORDER BETWEEN 7 AND 9 IF YOU ONLY RELEASE THE DRIVERS AT 8!!!!!!!!

This is beyond ridiculous and not the first time that this has happened. 90% of the time the order is late. I allow 30 minutes because accidents happen and traffic is a problem. But I will NOT accept complete and utter incompetence of your staff who cannot get their rear ends out of bed early enough to ensure that drivers are released timeously to make the first delivery slot of 7.

FIRE EVERYONE ASSOCIATED WITH DELIVERIES AT PARKVIEW AND EMPLOY PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK AND DO THEIR JOBS. NOT ****S WHO THINK THEY ARE ENTITLED TO A JOB AND DO NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING TO KEEP IT.

I am sick to death of this blase attitude of employed people in a country with an unemployment rate as high as ours.
