Useless Woolworths mots

Mall of the south Woolworths is beyond useless. Month end - lunch time and 3 cashiers open in the food section. I call a manager and he sends everyone to the clothes section to pay. It is always like this and I think I will look for more customer orientated stores. Oh I did try to phone but no answer. Useless useless useless
