Useless WFS Team!!!

I have sent multiple emails to their wfs team starting in January 20210 and had no concrete response or help with my query. Someone gets back to me, tells me who I should contact, the team I then contact as per referral doesn't get back to me at all.

Someone eventually after 2 months, gets back to me asking for my ID number on the 31st March 2021 and I am still waiting their response, it's now the 20th April 2021.

If someone is not able to assist, direct me to a person who can, if you do not know the answer ask for help and get he client an answer/response but you can't not respond.

They only practice customer service in store and that's where it stops.
