Useless unprofessional Company with *********** staff.

I have a credit card with woolworths, each I do my payment I do EFT from absa, saddenly I'm Suprised, I'm being harassed that I Don do payments on time the I told the lady for the past month I deposit direct to the credits card like my absa credit card, I even pay more than I should, she told I must always pay at the store by the 12th of each month, I then told her, I have never done that, and won't, why was I given option of doing EFT then? I to her all along I have been paying my card between the 16th and 25th, that when I have money, I even told her, my card has balance if she can check way more than they more than they want me to pay, and still going to deposit around those dates, suddenly checking my ITC report seeing I'm 1 month in arrears on woolworths last payment was done may 16th,and update was done 30th June, to my surprise what happened to my payment of June, because I had paid again with EFT R1000s and my account has positive balance.???? I find this very useless when call then they can't assist, can that be rectified urgent please.
