Useless Service

<p>Hi. i app**** for an additional store card for my wife. we app**** at the glen with all the necessary documents etc. they said it would take 6-8 weeks. its been 4 month and still nothing. the 1st time i app**** for my card it took almost 8 months to get it. i had to apply 3 times to get my card. this is totally unacceptable. no wonder SA is going to the dogs, with service like this</p> <p>i want this sorted asap please</p> <p> </p>
