Useless service

I am so disappointed and frustrated with Woolworths online. I placed 2 orders on the 26th November 2022 and to date I haven't received my orders. Every time when I call I get different stories. Apparently the delivery guys **** that they couldn't get hold of me which is not true since they never called me or show up at my house. Worst part the call center agents can't even contact the delivery department how pathetic. Woolworths just pay my damn money back. Your online service is useless. Next thing your telling me the items I ordered are out of stock nxa.
