Useless security and arrogant store manager.

Earlier today my daughters cellphone was ****** from her pocket inside Woolworths, Wonderboom Junction. She noticed it immediately and walked up to the store security and reported the incident. The security told her they don't any authority to search the guy. She approached a second security guard, and was told the same. The ***** then walked non-nonchalantly past them with a smile on the face, and they told my daughter she must approach the ***** on her own. My daughter called me and we went back to woolworths together. The manager was called and informed about the incident. He was very arrogant and spoke to us if we were the *********. Apparently they have no authority to approach or search a *****. Why then have security? The public should know that they are not safe in Woolworths, and that their security has go no power or authority against *********.
