USELESS ONLINE SERVICE!!!

Woolworths online does not even deserve the one star given to them. I have been purchasing from this store for over 2 years and every time I buy items, there are items short during delivery. When you speak to the delivery guys, they will tell you that they have "no clue". Even their head office is useless because they make promises they cannot keep! They do not respond to their emails and yet we are informed that we can send mails rather than phoning them. You run out of airtime while trying to call them because there is no answer. It has been 4 days, I have been told that the missing items would be delivered in the afternoon slot but I still have not received it.
