USELESS NOKIA C2

I bought a phone few weeks back at south gate branch and I only toke it on the 9th day as I was working and was told if had came with the phone b4 the 7th day I would have got a new 1 now as it's over 7 days they need to take ot for assessment but I no longer want the phone I rather get a Samsung as it was the first option but was out of stock n since it's not over a month but it's giving me issues I no longer want it. I NO LONGER WANT THE PHONE I CANT FOR SOMETHING AND ALREADY ITS GIVIN ME ISSUES WHATS GONNA HAPPEN AFTER 3 MONTHS I NO LONGER WANT IT
