Useless!!!!!

I’ve placed an order on the 06/04/2020 and then cancelled on the 09/05/2020. On the 13/05/2020 I received confirmation that I will receive my refund within 7-14 days. It has been 16 days now and still waiting. I call the call center for assistance and just when my call gets routed to an agent for assistance, I am transferred back to the call center number to choose an option for assistance. I am currently holding on for assistance. Been on the phone for 25 minutes and counting. I am not happy at all. I need my refund immediately.
