Useless customer services at Woollworths

I have tried for months now to get my Woolworths Loyalty card linked to my profile. I have spoken to Customer Services a number of times they promise to get back to me as they are unable to sort it out on the phone but they never do. What do I have to do to get this problem resolved? Do you not care about your VIP customers at all? Without us you don't have a business.
