Useless customer service useless account to have

Bought a pair of silk pumps at woolies in kenilworth as I was in that area at the time which I did not wear rather opted for the sandals I had purchased at woolies on the same day... I work in town and Adderley woolies is much closer to me so I wanted to return it, and I was told that as I can't find the receipt even though it was purchased on a woolworths account I had to go back to KC and return it there as my purchases don't reflect at the different stores.... *** now I have to find a way back to KC to return the shoes I did not wear which would only happen at the end of the month in December like service sucked and a serious waist of my time... Just goes to show how useless having a woolies card is!!!
