Useless Customer Service

I bought pyjamas for my daughter, and the thread is just running all the way. I contact their customer service to let them know, I mean these pjs were R300 and surely I should get assistance. To my surprise no assistance was given other than “sorry to hear that, please take them to any woolworths store and it will be at the discretion of the manager if they want to refund/exchange. So disappointed about your levels of customer service you need to improve on how you deal with customers especially if your clothing is so costly. Also treat your customers like they matter. Your turnaround time is appalling and the you don’t offer any solutions after the wait.
