Useless customer care centre staff

Customer care centre sents me a message that I have not used my shopper card so they will be closing my account and refund my credit balance of R260 within 10 days if I sent them my banking details. It's over 10 days and no refund has been received. Contacted them telephonically and the consultant does not know what I am speaking about and is totally confused.
