Useless *********** bunch of call center agents

Woolworths call center is the pits,complaints email is worse because its the same call center agents who are doing complaints ,stinking attitudes, no professionalism, no sense of urgency whatsoever..these people speak to you like they speaking to their friend...you don't get feedback unless you call,numerous times at that...their responses are useless,like they don't know what they are doing...never ever apply for a credit card with Woolworths, you will regret...2 weeks and not even 1 person has bothered to call and give an update.....useless bunch of call center agents for such a big loved brand.
