Useless App

It’s shocking to say the least about your new app, that is completely useless. How do you put something into the market, hype it up with a ridiculous amount of advertising, but you fail to do simple UAT????! When emails was sent to indicate that vouchers do not work… next we see on this useless app “In Beta” you already went live with it in production and now you want to say that it’s still in Beta and it’s been close to 2 months already???? Do you even have a proper IT team….. You have lost my support…. And word of mouth can also do lots of damage!!!!
